Pickering has provided site surveying, civil engineering, environmental, and construction engineering and inspection services for Home Depot Stores in AL, AR, MS, and TN. In addition to the stores, sites contained additional retail space, adjacent parcel development, public road improvements and sanitary sewer extension.
