PharMedium Facility

Under a very demanding schedule, Pickering provided civil and facility design (project management, architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) for a 117,000 SF facility located in southeast Memphis for PharMedium Services, LLC. PharMEDium is a nationwide network of compounding pharmacies providing therapeutic drugs to more than 1,500 hospitals throughout the United States.

The facility includes 25,000 SF office space, 8,000 SF Class 1000 Clean Room, 72,000 SF warehouse space, a laboratory, DEA compliant vaults, and multiple ancillary areas. The construction is steel framed with tilt-up concrete panels and was designed for future expansion. It sits on 9.4 acres.

Pickering provided civil engineering, site planning, architecture; structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection engineering.
