Entergy - Twinkletown to Church Road Corridor Survey, DeSoto County, MS

Pickering performed survey along a proposed 10 mile +/- electric transmission line corridor in DeSoto County , MS for Entergy's real estate/ROW group. The work consisted of deed research, surveying the route cross-country and tying down approximately 36 parcels along the route. The work also included staking the easement limits for real estate appraisal and timber valuation purposes and includes preparation of property plats and legal descriptions for each parcel.
