NUCOR Survey Project, Memphis, TN

Nucor Pickering was engaged by NUCOR to perform a boundary survey for the former site of Birmingham Steel. Following, NUCOR tasked Pickering to perform various services at the site including review of title issues; limited topographical surveys; as-built surveys inside the buildings; construction staking services; establishment of control monument grid system for use by others for construction staking; survey for wetlands mitigation purposes; corridor survey for the proposed electric distribution system from the nearby TVA electric generation facility and our structural engineering group provided some consulting services.
