Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). While the 2005 ASTM Standard serves as our baseline for conducting Phase I ESAs, we tailor our investigation to meet your individual needs - expanding or reducing the scope of services based upon the specifics of your property. Our objective is to help reduce your potential environmental liability. Our fees are based upon the scope of services and consider the size, location, history and use of the property. As an added value, our Phase I reports include a "Summary Matrix" that summarizes report findings and provides an easy reference to the details in the report.

Environmental Assessments and NEPA. Projects involving federal resources often require environmental assessments under EPA or specific agency regulations or guidelines.
